When you book a session with me, you’re not just paying for an hour in the studio… you’re investing in the full experience, the expertise, and all the little (and not-so-little) things that happen behind the scenes to create those perfect moments.

The time we spend together in the studio?

That’s actually the quickest part.

Behind every session is:

– A carefully prepared, clean and cosy studio (yes, all the blankets get washed… constantly!)

– Equipment, lighting, electricity, upkeep… all the unglamorous but essential bits that keep everything running smoothly

– Years of photographic experience and a trained eye that knows how to capture your family at their very best

– A huge amount of patience, understanding, and flexibility (especially when little ones decide they’re in charge… which they usually are!)

And then comes the real magic…

Each session involves 1–3 full days of editing. That’s where your gallery is carefully crafted, image by image, to create the final result you see. Your session fee isn’t just for the day—it’s for all the hours that follow.

There are also the less visible costs:

– Professional editing software (more than one… because one is never enough!)

– SD cards, backups, and secure storage to keep your memories safe

Your Online Gallery

Your gallery is hosted online for 6 months, completely free of charge.

After that, you’re welcome to keep it live for £20 per year.

This simply covers the ongoing cost of securely storing your images—because keeping hundreds of beautiful galleries safe every month really does add up behind the scenes.

Turnaround Times (And Why They Matter)

Your full gallery will be delivered within up to 4 weeks.

If you’re too excited to wait (I get it!), you can choose to fast-track:

– 2-week delivery – £30

– 1-week delivery – £100

Fast-tracking means I pause other work and dedicate extra time to your gallery—so it’s not just quicker, it’s prioritised.

Prints & Products

If your package includes a print or product credit, you can use this easily through your online gallery shop.

I’ve chosen high-end, professional labs that you won’t find on the high street—because your images deserve to live somewhere better than a supermarket print machine.

And just so you know—I don’t mark these up for profit. You’re getting them at fair, direct prices.

I work 7 days a week, and most of my editing happens in the evenings once the studio doors close.

Time is my biggest resource—and I pour a lot of it into every single gallery to make sure what you receive is thoughtful, polished, and something you’ll treasure for years.

Everything is priced not just fairly, but honestly—reflecting the time, care, and professional standard that goes into your experience from start to finish.
